香港是亚太地区的商业枢纽,又是通往中国内地的大门,加上拥有先进完善的交通及通讯网络,便于同世界各地联络,因此得以大力发展会议及展览中心。 香港在商展组织和展览设计方面实力强大,各种服务行业,如:酒店与餐饮,市场研究,传媒和公共关系,保险,旅游代理等也十分发达。 香港的自由贸易及外汇制度对于贸易展览所需的航运安排和展览期间达成的交易非常有利。
Hong Kong is a commercial hub in the Asia Pacific region and a gateway to the Mainland. Coupled with its advanced and complete transportation and communications network, Hong Kong is well connected with the rest of the world. Hong Kong has been able to vigorously develop its convention and exhibition center. Hong Kong is strong in terms of trade show organization and exhibition design. Various service industries such as hotel and catering, market research, media and public relations, insurance and travel agencies are also well-developed. Hong Kong’s free trade and foreign exchange regimes are very beneficial to the shipping arrangements required for trade shows and to the transactions concluded during the exhibition.
