目的了解以维吾尔族为主的少数民族高中生的营养知识拥有率情况,为进行有效的营养教育提供依据。方法问卷式调查,问卷参考有关文献自行设计经两种语言解读,限时、独立、现场完成。结果对膳食宝塔的知晓率和通过健康教育课获取营养知识率均不足20%,但有81.6%的学生表示对营养知识有兴趣,近40%的学生表示希望从健康教育课获取营养知识。结论该人群营养知识知晓率现状不容乐观,学校的健康教育课是进行营养教育的有效途径。
Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge share of ethnic minority high school students based on Uygur ethnic groups and provide the basis for effective nutrition education. Methods Questionnaire surveys, questionnaires refer to the literature on their own interpretation of the interpretation of the two languages, limited time, independent, on-site completion. Results The awareness of meal pagodas and access to nutrition knowledge through health education classes were less than 20%, but 81.6% of students said they were interested in nutrition knowledge and nearly 40% of students said they hoped to obtain nutrition knowledge from health education class. Conclusion The population awareness of nutritional knowledge is not optimistic, health education in schools is an effective way to carry out nutrition education.
