从金属腐蚀原理出发分析了钢铁零件经Sursulf/Arcor处理后耐蚀性能提高的机理。经渗氮的工件在氧化浴中形成Fe3O4均匀膜层的腐蚀电位达到1000~1300 mV,实现了完全的钝化态。本文同时对Fe3O4钝化膜层的形成提出了定性模型,并针对避免钝化膜发生点蚀的破坏,指出可控液体离子渗氮技术的重要性。
Based on the principle of metal corrosion, the mechanism of improving the corrosion resistance of steel parts after Sursulf / Arcor treatment was analyzed. The nitriding of the workpiece in the oxidation bath to form a uniform coating of Fe3O4 corrosion potential reached 1000 ~ 1300 mV, to achieve a completely passive state. In the meantime, a qualitative model is proposed for the formation of Fe3O4 passivation film and the importance of controllable liquid ion nitriding technology is pointed out in order to avoid the pitting damage of passivation film.
