新牛津教材难度比较大,由于地区差异和学生语言识别能力的区别,每个班都会有那么几个“学困生”或所谓的“后进生”游离于我们英语课堂之外。是放任他们,还是应该采取相应的措施?本文就做了很好地做了诠释,应通过心与心的沟通,及时表扬及鼓励,同时可以因材施教,适当降低门槛,让他们跳跳就能摘到胜利的果实,这些都是能够让这些学生充满自信,有成就感的好方法。我们的目标是争取让每个学生都能够抬起头来走路。
