介于不同专利密集型产业基于各自产业特征对于知识产权保护有不同的保护措施倾向,而医药制造业作为我国亟需大力发展的产业,对其创新成果应给予更为强有力的法律保障。文章针对该产业的特征及保护现状入手,分析其中知识产权保护存在的问题,并提出相应的保护措施及优化建议。
Different patent-intensive industries tend to have different protection measures for intellectual property rights based on their respective industry characteristics. As the industry that China urgently needs to develop vigorously, the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry should give more powerful legal protection to its innovations. According to the characteristics of the industry and the status quo of protection, the article analyzes the existing problems in the protection of intellectual property and puts forward the corresponding protection measures and optimization suggestions.
