研究了麦草AS-AQ法蒸煮工艺及后续氧脱木素工艺。通过均匀设计实验,确定了最佳蒸煮条件为:用碱量15%(以NaOH计),亚硫酸化度65%,蒽醌用量0.05%,液比1:5,最高温度160℃,升温时间90min,保温时间65min。在上述条件下蒸煮得到的纸浆具有较低的卡伯值和较高的粘度,而且物理强度性能良好。氧脱木素研究结果表明,该浆脱木素选择性好,木素脱除率高,可实现深度氧脱木素;纸浆滤水性能好,粘度高,强度损失很少。经氧脱木素后纸浆卡伯值为4.8,粘度为1018ml/g,白度为62.5%ISO。
The wheat straw AS-AQ cooking process and subsequent oxygen delignification process were studied. Through uniform design experiments, the optimum cooking conditions were as follows: 15% alkali (NaOH), sulfite 65%, anthraquinone 0.05%, liquid ratio 1: 5, maximum temperature 160 ℃, heating time 90min, holding time 65min. Pulp obtained by cooking under the above conditions has a lower kappa number and a higher viscosity, and physical strength properties are good. The result of oxygen delignification showed that the delignification of the pulp was good, the removal rate of lignin was high, which could achieve deep oxygen delignification. The pulp had good water filtration performance, high viscosity and little loss of strength. After oxygen delignification pulp kappa number of 4.8, viscosity of 1018ml / g, whiteness of 62.5% ISO.
