采用遗传相关分析和多元偏相关分析研究了49个小麦品种的籽粒品质性状与农艺性状的关系。结果表明,在一定成熟期下,开花期愈早,容重和SDS—沉淀值愈大。株高同蛋白质含量和面筋含量均呈高度正相关,而同SDS—沉淀值呈明显负相关;但籽粒产量不变时,株高与SDS—沉淀值无关。穗粒数,株粒数和株粒重同角质度均为明显负相关,但两者间的多元偏相关系数不显著。影响出粉率的农艺性状有株粒数和千粒重,而株粒数是通过千粒重起作用的。籽粒体积和千粒重关系极为密切,凡同千粒重有关的性状均会影响籽粒体积的大小。
Genetic correlation analysis and multivariate partial correlation analysis were used to study the relationship between grain quality traits and agronomic traits in 49 wheat cultivars. The results showed that, at a certain maturity, the earlier the flowering stage, the greater the bulk density and SDS-sediment value. There was a highly positive correlation between plant height and protein content and gluten content, but negatively correlated with SDS-sedimentation value. However, plant height was not related to SDS-sedimentation value with constant grain yield. The number of grain per spike, the number of grain per plant and the weight of grain were negatively correlated with the degree of cuticle, but the multivariate partial correlation coefficient was not significant. The agronomic traits that affect the yield of the powder have a grain number and a thousand grain weight, and the number of the grain is caused by the thousand grain weight. The relationship between grain size and 1000-grain weight is very close. All the traits associated with 1000-grain weight will affect the grain size.
