过去,在相当长的一段时间内,幼儿教育工作较严重地存在概念化和成人化的弊端,忽视幼儿的童心、童真和童趣,严肃多于微笑,刻板多于活泼,强制多于诱导,训斥多于鼓励,被动多于主动。这样的教育工作,往往不能收到很好的效果。面对改革新潮,我们必须确立新的幼儿德育观。只有更新观念,才能在新形势下求得德育的实效。这些观念,笔者以为大致有以下几个方面:
