患者女,41岁。6年来无诱因反复出现右腰腹部疼痛,曾在我院检查诊断为“右肾结石”,行“体外震波碎石”治疗,治疗后有小便排石史,但超声复查右肾下极仍有0.7cm大小残余结石。近来再发右中下腹疼痛,并向腰部放射,呈阵发性绞痛。超声显示:右肾集合系统轻度扩张,肾窦内无结石回声,
Female patient, 41 years old. 6 years no incentive repeated right lower quadrant abdominal pain, has been diagnosed in our hospital as the “right kidney stone” line “extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy” treatment of urinary stones after treatment history, but ultrasound examination of the lower right kidney still have 0.7cm size residual stones.
