对某热电厂75 t/h中温分离器型循环流化床锅炉进行SNCR技术改造,试验结果表明:脱硝率总体可达到35%~65%,并呈现随锅炉负荷增加而降低的趋势;脱硝率随氨氮比(NSR)的增大而升高,但升高趋势越来越缓缓,且当氨氮比大于4.5后氨逃逸值显著增加。锅炉负荷大于45 t/h时,各工况下氨逃逸均能小于8 ppm;在较低负荷时逃逸量较高,选择合适的氨氮比仍可使氨逃逸小于8 ppm并保持大于45%的脱硝率。经过调试,使锅炉各个负荷下NOx排放浓度均低于国家标准规定的100 mg/Nm3,并维持氨逃逸水平不大于8 ppm。实现了国内首次将SNCR脱硝技术应用于中温分离器型循环流化床锅炉。
The SNCR technology retrofit of a 75 t / h medium temperature cyclone-type circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant shows that the total denitration rate can reach 35% -65%, and shows a tendency of decreasing as the boiler load increases.
