安东一次变电所是在1958年1月投入运行的。全所职工在大跃进的鼓舞下,鼓足干劲,力争上游,认真贯彻安全生产的方针,刻苦学习,集体钻研,大搞培训,健全管理,加强检修,消除缺陷,从而自开始运行到现在保持了1,100多天安全运行无事故。同时积累了一套较完整的运行管理经验。
