用 12 5 标记的兔抗 M1和 M2 受体 Ig G,检测人外周血淋巴细胞 M受体 ,结果提示细胞密度在 10 4 - 10 6/ ml、兔抗 M2 受体 Ig G稀释度为 1∶ 16 0时有最好的抗原抗体结合反应 ,抗 M1受体 Ig G与淋巴细胞没有结合反应 ,表明人外周血淋巴细胞 M受体为 M2 受体亚型。在此基础上测定甲状腺机能亢进病人 (12 )和正常人 (10 )外周血淋巴细胞 M2 受体 ,结果表明甲状腺机能亢进病人的血淋巴细胞 M2 受体低于正常人 (P<0 .0 1) .本文测定 M受体的方法具有特异性高、方法简便等优点。
Detection of M receptor in human peripheral blood lymphocytes with 125 M labeled rabbit anti-M1 and M2 receptors Ig G showed a cell density of 10 4 -10 6 / ml, a rabbit anti-M2 receptor Ig G dilution of 1: 16 0 when the best antigen-antibody binding reaction, anti-M1 receptor Ig G and lymphocyte binding reaction, indicating that human peripheral blood lymphocyte M receptor M2 receptor subtype. The results showed that the M2 receptor of hemocytes in patients with hyperthyroidism was lower than that in normal people (P <0.01) The method of determining M receptor in this paper has the advantages of high specificity, simple method and so on.
