伴随着改革开放的继续深入和企业发展越来越规模化、科化,在新的形势下,作为企业应如何加强思想政治工作,提高思想政治作的地位,更好地为企业生产经营提供思想保证和精神动力呢?通过几的工作实践我们认为要切实加强和改进思想政治工作,提高企业思想政工作的地位。但在社会主义市场经济条件下,怎样为企业的改革创造稳的环境,为企业和谐发展营造良好的氛围是我们面临的新课题。
