20世纪40年代,为了切实掌握新疆的地方政权,中国国民党坚持在新疆建立自己的省党部组织。显然,这种行为触犯了盛世才等新疆地方统治者的利益,最终引起了他们与南京政府之间反复而激烈的斗争。在这一时期,随着国民党对新疆渗透的持续加强,南京政府终于夺取了对新疆的实际统治权力,从而使国民党新疆省党部进入了一个全新的发展时期。
In the 1940s, in order to effectively grasp the local political power in Xinjiang, the Chinese Kuomintang insisted on establishing its own provincial party organization in Xinjiang. Obviously, this behavior violated the interests of Xinjiang local rulers such as Sheng Shih-tseh and eventually aroused repeated and fierce battles between them and the Nanjing government. During this period, as the Kuomintang continued to infiltrate Xinjiang, the Nanjing government finally seized the actual authority over Xinjiang, thereby bringing the Kuomintang’s Xinjiang Provincial Party Branch into a completely new period of development.
