利用PAGE凝胶电泳对9个大白菜品种子叶期EST同工酶和POD同工酶进行了品种鉴定分析。结果表明,80-7、山东4号和山东6号可利用EST同工酶酶谱加以区分,小杂56、山东6号和山东7号可利用POD同工酶酶谱加以区分。单纯利用EST同工酶或POD同工酶不能将供试的9个品种完全鉴别出来。由于EST和POD2种同工酶酶谱综合多态性要比单一的一种同工酶酶谱丰富,将这2种同工酶结合起来,可将供试的9个大白菜品种完全鉴别出来。
PAGE gel electrophoresis of nine Chinese cabbage cotyledon EST EST isozyme and POD isozyme identification analysis. The results showed that EST isozymes of 80-7, Shandong 4 and Shandong 6 could be differentiated by POD isozyme zymogram of Xiaokan 56, Shandong 6 and Shandong 7. The pure use of EST isozymes or POD isozymes can not be tested for the nine varieties completely identified. Because EST and POD2 isozyme zymogram polymorphism is more abundant than a single isoenzyme zymogram, combining these two isoenzymes, the nine Chinese cabbage varieties tested can be completely identified .
