1.等温淬火高碳铬轴承钢经等温淬火后组织为:下贝氏体+(少量马氏体)+未溶解碳化物+残留奥氏体(通常认定<3%)。严格意义上来讲,不存在百分之百的贝氏体转变。2.对比优点与一般(马氏体)淬火比较,高碳铬轴承钢采用等温淬火具有以下优点。(1)产品高的尺寸稳定性。(2)产品优良的力学性能(抗弯曲强度、冲击韧度),热应力低,变形小。

Isothermal quenching of high carbon chromium bearing steel after isothermal quenching organizations: lower bainite + (a small amount of martensite) + undissolved carbide + retained austenite (usually identified as <3%). Strictly speaking, there is no one hundred percent change in bainite. 2. Comparative advantages Compared with the general (martensite) quenching, high carbon chromium bearing steel isothermal quenching has the following advantages. (1) high dimensional stability of the product. (2) excellent mechanical properties (bending strength, impact toughness), low thermal stress, small deformation.
