目前,我国市场竞争较为激烈,各个企业要想提升自身的市场竞争能力,就要对成本进行控制。企业的成本支出在企业发展中占有较为重要的位置,企业应该对自身成本管理工作进行规划,应用作业成本法对成本加以管理,最大限度地降低企业成本支出,摒弃传统的作业成本管理原则,应用先进信息技术,提升作业成本法的应用效率,为企业发展奠定良好基础。
