体现饮食制作乃至“饮食文化”特色的,不光是特殊原料、烹饪方式和美味的饮食品种,那些有别于他处的饮食制作过程,有时也显现在不起眼的炊具以及附属器具上。作为汉魏时期饮食文化的主要形象资料,墓葬出土之“鬼灶”近些年来受到了学界的空前关注。学者多从其分布区域、器形、时代特点等方面予以研究~([1]),但对灶面上的炊具、餐饮具等,着墨不多。而这些器具,也是今人探讨当时饮食文化状况的宝贵资
Reflecting the characteristics of the food production and even the “food culture”, it is not only the special ingredients, the cooking methods and delicious diet varieties that are different from those of other food production processes, but also sometimes appearing on unimportant cookware and ancillary appliances. As the main image of the food culture during the Han and Wei Dynasties, the unearthed “Ghost Stove” of tombs has been receiving the unprecedented attention of the academic circles in recent years. Scholars are more from its distribution area, shape, the characteristics of the times to be studied ~ ([1]), but on the cooktop cooking utensils, tableware, etc., little ink.
