潜孔振动冲抓锥(见图)是一种无钻杆打大口径浅井或基础工程孔的钻井设备。钻井深度60米左右,口径1.2米。当钻深在30米以内时效率较高,纯钻进效率为1.6米/时。适于在覆盖层中打井或基础工程孔。该钻具主要靠振动、冲击作用将两抓斗逐渐沉入地层中,然后通过气动装置使抓斗收拢抓抱拉振使岩芯断裂,提升出地面,完成一次循环。整个钻井设备除钻具外就是地表一套提升装置。由图可见,钻具筒体上部分别固定两台各10千瓦的深槽耐振电机,电机轴端都装有偏心块,并采用整体式密封结构。抓斗与筒体绞接,通过气缸使其启、闭。
