目的了解徐州市淡色库蚊幼虫对8种常用杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理选用杀虫剂,指导蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采用WHO统一的蚊虫幼虫浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊幼虫半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果与实验室敏感品系比较,淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、生物丙烯菊酯、残杀威、仲丁威抗性为敏感水平;对溴氰菊酯、双硫磷的抗药性较低;对敌敌畏呈高抗药性。结论在蚊虫治理中,提倡采取综合防治措施,结合抗药性实际情况,合理选择杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the current status of resistance to eight common insecticides in Culex pipiens pallens in Xuzhou, and provide a scientific basis for the rational selection of insecticides and the guidance of mosquito control. Methods Using the WHO uniform larvae immersion method, the LC50 of Culex pipiens pallens larvae was determined. Results Compared with the susceptible strains in the laboratory, the larvae of Culex pipiens pallens were sensitive to beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, bioallethrin, propoxur and cefotaxime, and resistance to deltamethrin and diphtheria Low; high resistance to dichlorvos. Conclusion In mosquito control, it is recommended to adopt comprehensive prevention and control measures, and to select pesticides reasonably based on the actual situation of drug resistance.
