介绍了利用自行研制的射流分级机进行颗粒分级的试验情况。采用正交试验法优化确定了对氢氧化铝、氧化铝微粉进行射流分级时的工艺参数为 :主气流量 4 0 0~ 60 0m3/h ,供料速度 50~ 60kg/h ,一次控制气流流量 2 0 0m3/h ,粗粉刀刃偏转角 4 5度 ,细粉刀刃偏转角 90度 ,排风阀开度 30度。射流分级试验结果表明 :该机对氢氧化铝、氧化铝微粉分级的生产能力可达 50~ 1 0 0kg/h ,分级粒度可在 0 5~ 50 μm之间方便调节 ,牛顿分级效率为 65%~ 94 % ,分级锐度 (K =D75/D2 5)为 1 32~ 2 0。该机的性能指标均达到了国内领先水平 ,已于 1 997年 1月 3日通过了由省科委组织的专家技术鉴定。
Introduced the use of self-developed jet classifier particle grading test situation. Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the jetting process of aluminum hydroxide and alumina powder. The performance of the aircraft have reached the leading domestic level, in January 3, 1997 adopted by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission organized by experts in technical appraisal.
