[目的]探讨丹江口大坝加高工程实施对汉江中上游区域内斯氏并殖吸虫病分布及流行趋势的影响,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。[方法]区域内采获溪蟹镜检囊蚴,检查动物体内斯氏并殖吸虫的感染情况,收集既往资料与现场肺吸虫抗原和酶联免疫吸附试验调查数据作统计分析人群肺吸虫感染。观察和分析大坝加高后人类行为、局部环境的改变对中间宿主孳生的影响。[结果]大坝加高后环境因素、特别是人类的行为对肺吸虫中间宿主的孳生有较大的影响,局部流行的区域已不具备中间宿主孳生所需的环境,水位的提升可形成更多的溪沟和山涧,有利于螺和溪蟹的孳生。调查显示人群感染率为12.98%,经防治人群肺吸虫和中间宿主囊蚴感染率都有较大幅度降低。[结论]汉江中上游十堰地区作为南水北调水源区,斯氏并殖吸虫在局部范围的孳生环境和流行己发生了一定的变化,动物宿主肺吸虫囊蚴的感染及人群感染呈现逐渐下降趋势。同时随着退耕还林实施,汉江中上游区域生态环境将得到进一步改善,肺吸虫病的疫源地也将会长期存在。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of Danjiangkou dam heightening project on the distribution and trend of Paragonimus spp. In the middle and upper reaches of the Hanjiang River, and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and cure strategies. [Method] The infection of cercariae of Parasiticus was examined by microscopy of crabs collected from crab in the area. The data of paragonimiasis and paragonimiasis collected from the past were collected and the data of paragonimiasis antigen and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were collected for statistical analysis of paragonimiasis. Observe and analyze the influence of human behavior and local environment changes on the breeding of intermediate hosts after the dam is raised. [Result] The environmental factors, especially the human behaviors, had a great impact on the breeding of the intermediate host of the flukes after the dam was heightened. The endemic areas no longer had the environment required for the breeding of the intermediate host, and the water level could be enhanced More creek and mountain stream, is conducive to the breeding of snails and crabs. The survey showed that the population infection rate was 12.98%, and the infection rate of Paragonimiasis and intermediate host metacercariae in prevention and treatment groups was significantly reduced. [Conclusion] As the water source area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in the middle and upper reaches of the Hanjiang River, Paragonimus spp. Had some changes in the breeding environment and prevalence. Parasitic infection of the host organism Paragonimus and the population infection showed a gradual downward trend. At the same time, with the implementation of the project of returning farmland to forests, the ecological environment in the middle and upper reaches of the Hanjiang River will be further improved. The foci of paragonimiasis will also last for a long time.
