目的研究金花茶Camellia euphlebia叶皂苷类成分。方法利用超声提取、大孔树脂富集以及制备色谱对金花茶叶水溶性部分进行分离纯化,运用NMR、MS、IR等光谱手段进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到3个单体化合物,分别为人参皂苷Rg1(1)、人参皂苷F1(2)和人参皂苷F5(3)。结论化合物1~3均为首次从该植物中分离得到的人参皂苷,其中人参皂苷Rg1、F5为首次从山茶属中分离得到。金花茶为国家一级保护的珍稀药用植物,这些成分的分离鉴定对其进一步的活性研究、开发利用和推广种植具有重要意义。
Aim To study the components of Camellia euphlebia leaf saponins. Methods The water-soluble fractions of Camellia oleifera were isolated and purified by ultrasonic extraction, macroporous resin enrichment and preparative chromatography. The structures were identified by NMR, MS, IR and other spectroscopic methods. Results Three monomeric compounds were isolated and identified as ginsenoside Rg1 (1), ginsenoside F1 (2) and ginsenoside F5 (3), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1-3 are the first ginsenosides isolated from this plant, of which ginsenosides Rg1 and F5 were isolated from camellia for the first time. Camellia sinensis is a rare medicinal plant protected at the national level. The isolation and identification of these components is of great significance to further research on its activity, exploitation and popularization.
