目的研究天津地区中老年人骨密度(BMD)与脂肪量、非脂肪量的关系。方法选择中老年男性82例,用双能X线吸收测量法(DXA)测量腰椎2~4(L2-4)BMD、全身(TOT)BMD和脂肪量、非脂肪量,并以中老年女性106例作为对照。结果多元线性回归分析,非脂肪量是影响中老年男性BMD变化的主要决定因素;而脂肪量是影响中老年女性BMD变化的主要决定因素。结论中老年人的脂肪量、非脂肪量均与BMD呈正相关,并且具有性别差异;其中腹部脂肪量仅与L2-4BMD有关,故腹型肥胖可能对L2-4BMD有保护作用。
Objective To study the relationship between bone mineral density (BMD) and fat mass and non-fat mass in middle-aged and elderly people in Tianjin. Methods Eighty - two middle - aged and old men were enrolled in the study. BMD of lumbar spine (2-4), body mass index (TOT), fat mass and non - fat mass were measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DXA) Example as a control. Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that non-fat mass was the main determinant of BMD changes in middle-aged and elderly men, while fat mass was the major determinant of BMD in middle-aged and elderly women. Conclusion The fat mass and non-fat mass of middle-aged and elderly people are both positively correlated with BMD and have gender differences. The amount of abdominal fat is only related to L2-4BMD, so abdominal obesity may have a protective effect on L2-4BMD.
