用流动色谱法测定固体样品的孔径分布繁复费时。计算时要经过作图、内插、查表等步骤,不是由一个或几个数学方程式所能表示,因而无法用一般误差传递公式来考察各个实验参数的变化对结果的影响。用重复试验的方法或用一般计算器进行模拟计算工作量都太大,只有应用电子计算机,才有可能模拟大量的实验条件变化,考察所得到的结果。我们根据严继民等推导的计算公式,用BASIC语言编制了从原始流量开始到最后绘制
Determination of the pore size distribution of solid samples by flow chromatography is time-consuming and complicated. Calculation through the mapping, interpolation, look-up table and other steps, not by one or several mathematical equations can not be expressed, and therefore can not use the general error transfer formula to examine the impact of changes in the experimental parameters of the results.
