一、引言杂种优势,无论就其遗传学理论意义,还是育种学的实用价值,都是一个极其重要的问题,所以历来成为遗传学者们研究的中心课题之一。本文以多基因学说为基础,揭示Fisher(1932)的平均显性度的局限性,从亲本群和所有可能杂交组合产生的杂种F_1代组成的群体来研究杂种优势,提出新的数学模型,以利指导杂交育种或杂种优势的利用。例如,在随机杂交的情形,从这些公式中可计算出相当于双列杂交中的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差。这些探讨也为杂种表现的回归预测(将另文讨论)提供理论依据。
I. INTRODUCTION Heterosis is an extremely important issue both in terms of its theoretical significance and the practical value of breeding. Therefore, it has always been one of the central topics for genetics scholars. Based on the multigene theory, this article reveals the limitations of Fisher (1932) ’s average dominance. Heterosexual families are studied from a population of F1 hybrids derived from the parental group and all possible crosses, and new mathematical models are proposed Lee instructs the use of crossbreeding or heterosis. For example, in the case of random crosses, the general combining ability and the special combining ability variance corresponding to the double crosses can be calculated from these formulas. These studies also provide a theoretical basis for the regression prediction of hybrid performance (to be discussed separately).
