针对新疆农业大学当前教风、学风存在的问题,结合多年来的教学及班主任经历,从用真心真情搭建教育之桥、用无私奉献铺垫事业之路、言传身教、因材施教、加强教风、促进学风发展等方面,对改进少数民族学生教学方法及提高教学质量的措施进行了探讨,以期为改善教风、学风建设现状提供理论依据。
