根据普通高校体育训练的时间性特点(时间短)和运动员的个性特征,针对不同的运动员制定目标,合理地运用训练方法,为运动员在短期内提高运动成绩提供依据.
According to the time characteristics (short time) and personality characteristics of athletes in ordinary colleges and universities, we set goals for different athletes and make reasonable use of training methods to provide basis for athletes to improve athletic performance in the short term.
