随着社会分工的精细化,高校对教务秘书的数量和质量均提出了更高的要求。教务秘书教育体系、管理体系正在逐渐形成,高校教务秘书正逐步走向职业化。本文从教务秘书工作的关键要素——秘书与领导的关系问题出发,对秘书作为领导的“内管家”应具备的“三个条件”、应明确的“三类关系”以及应掌握的“六种方法”进行具体分析和阐述,以期能对现实社会有所借鉴和启发。
