目的探讨螺旋CT仿真内窥镜技术(CTVE)在诊断膀胱肿瘤中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院经手术病理证实的26例膀胱肿瘤的影像学资料。CT检查方法是导尿管抽出尿液后,向膀胱内注入气体行螺旋CT扫描,图像传至工作站,行三维仿真内窥镜重建。结果CTVE检查发现膀胱肿瘤26例,检出36个结节;而轴位图像仅发现18例,检出26个结节。其中18例行膀胱癌切除术,8例行膀胱镜电切术。结论CTVE对膀胱肿瘤的检测是一种无创而有效的方法,对腔内病变敏感性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Methods The imaging data of 26 cases of bladder tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. CT examination is the catheter out of the urine, the bladder into the gas spiral CT scan, the image transmitted to the workstation, three-dimensional simulation of endoscopic reconstruction. Results In CTVE examination, 26 cases of bladder tumor were found and 36 nodules were detected. In axial images, only 18 cases were found and 26 nodules were detected. 18 cases of bladder cancer resection, 8 cases of cystoscopic resection. Conclusion The detection of bladder tumor by CTVE is a noninvasive and effective method, which has a high sensitivity to intracavitary lesions.
