随着瓦斯治理力度逐步加大,区域瓦斯治理工作成效显著,但煤层透气性低、瓦斯抽采效果差的问题依然很突出,针对该问题,在现场搜集并整理大量资料,分析煤层瓦斯含量分布情况,对焦作矿区实际瓦斯地质情况深入研究基础上,形成了一整套钻扩一体化钻具,并成功开展了现场工业性试验。应用效果显著,卸压范围增加了20倍左右,煤体卸压体积增加了近100倍左右,单孔瓦斯抽采量是未冲孔钻孔的2~3倍,抽采达标时间缩短1/3以上;水力冲孔影响范围为沿倾向上部达到6~7 m、下部2~3 m、走向达到6~7 m。
