天龙,又名守宫、壁虎。《本草纲目》谓:守宫治风痉惊痫诸病。近年,菲律宾雷维拉通过实验证明壁虎能治疗哮喘。至今,我们尚未见到有关天龙药理研究的其他文献。为此,我们对天龙乙醇提液(简称天龙液)对中枢神经系统的药理作用及急性毒性作了初步研究。实验材料天龙干粉:收集本地天龙(系蜥蜴目壁虎科壁虎属蹼趾壁虎Gekko Subpalmatus Guenther),置烘箱内干燥,研碎即得。天龙液的制备:取天龙干粉加入80％乙醇,然后热回流两次,合并滤液,浓缩后干
