矿物或金属颗粒用化学沉淀析出的胶体状磁铁矿选择性罩盖,其后用磁选法分离已成为物料分选的一种方法。罩盖的选择性可以通过调节颗粒表面性质、Zeta 电位和疏水性来获得。而颗粒表面性质、Zeta 电位和疏水性是通过调节 pH 值和加入油酸钠、十二烷基胺来改变的。在用人工混合的磷灰石与方解石试样的试验中,利用方解石的选择性磁化,可使磷灰石的回收率大于85%,品位高达99%。如果使用表面活性剂与之联合作用,发现使用较少量的磁铁矿即可。曾经用这方法处理过的混合样是磷酸盐-碳酸盐,石英-萤石,金属铅-铜。
The mineral or metal particles are selectively covered by colloid-like magnetite precipitated by chemical precipitation and thereafter separated by magnetic separation, which has become a method of material sorting. The selectivity of the cover can be obtained by adjusting the particle surface properties, zeta potential and hydrophobicity. The particle surface properties, zeta potential and hydrophobicity are controlled by adjusting the pH and adding sodium oleate, dodecylamine. In tests using artificial mixtures of apatite and calcite samples, the recovery of apatite was greater than 85% and the grade was as high as 99% using the selective magnetization of calcite. If surfactants were used in combination, it was found that a smaller amount of magnetite could be used. Mixed samples that have been treated this way are phosphate-carbonate, quartz-fluorite, lead-copper.
