本文就目前所能收集到的资料,比较全面地介绍了当前国外电子测量仪器采用微处理器新技术的现状,它充分表明了具有采集存贮信息、分析处理数据以及程序按制功能的微处理器在测量仪器中所发挥的巨大作用。微处理器能提高仪器的测量精度和可靠性,又推动了仪器向程控制自动化和多功能化等方向的发展。文中着重分析了计时器——计数器、数字电压表、示波器等常用仪器应用微处理器后所增添的新功能及其独特的变革。对于逻辑分析仪、合成信号发生器、元件参数测量仪以及自动频谱分析仪等产品应用微处理器的情况也作了简介。
