真菌球性上颌窦炎在慢性鼻窦炎中所占比例逐年升高，是单侧上颌窦病变中最常见的病变之一。早期诊断、及早手术治疗后，真菌球性上颌窦炎的复发率较低。其发病机制尚不明确，目前的研究存在不同的学说，手术治疗方案也存在多种入路。该文主要就真菌球性上颌窦炎的发生发展机制、不同的诊断方法以及治疗方案的研究进展进行综述。“,”The rate of fungal ball maxillary sinusitis is increasing among the chronic rhinosinusitis ,and the fungal ball maxillary sinusitis is one of the most common unilateral maxillary diseases .Early diagnosis and surgical treatment make its recurrence low.There are many different theories about the etiopathogenesis and surgical approaches as well.Here is to make a review of the advances in the etiology,development,diagnosis and treatment of fungal ball maxillary sinusitis.
