1997年,我跟随财政部中华高级财会人员培训中心赴德国参加培训及考察,同时参阅了一些西方国家的资料,耳闻目睹了他们在企业发展中,对员工培训倾注了大量人力、物力、财力,受到极大的启发。现谈谈个人拙见以引发对提高财会人员业务素质的重视,从而促进我们财会队伍的建设。一、西方企业重视培训的主要特点1.员工培训工作是一项战略任务。我们所到的一些德国企业都有自己的员工培训基地,每个员工每年都要参加规定的培训课时,新招聘的员工第二天就要送去培训。如:奔驰汽车厂、BOSS 服装厂都是这样。
