目的探讨临床护理路径在肺结核合并糖尿病患者健康教育中应用的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月-2017年2月收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者120例,并按照随机平均原则分为对照组和观察组。其中对照组采用传统护理模式对患者进行健康教育,观察组通过临床护理路径对患者进行健康教育。将两组患者对健康知识掌握情况与患者治疗满意度进行记录与分析。结果观察组患者对健康知识的掌握情况与患者满意度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核合并糖尿病患者采用临床护理路径进行健康教育效果良好,能有效提高患者的治疗满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathways in the health education of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes. Methods Totally 120 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomization. The control group used traditional nursing mode to carry on the health education to the patient, the observation group carried on the health education to the patient through the clinical nursing path. The two groups of patients to grasp the health knowledge and patient satisfaction records and analysis. Results The mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is effective to take clinical nursing pathways for tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus and can effectively improve the patients’ satisfaction with treatment. It is worth further clinical application.
