目的探讨黄柏八味散治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将60例患者分为两组各30例,黄柏八味散组给予黄柏八味散治疗,妈富隆组给予妈富隆治疗,观察两组疗效。结果黄柏八味散组总有效率为90%,明显高于妈富隆组80%(P<0.05),在副作用方面明显低于妈富隆组。结论黄柏八味散治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效显著,不良反应少,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cortex Phellodendri on the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Sixty patients were divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). Cortex Pseudomonas aeruginosa group was treated with Cortex Phellodendri powder, Marvelon group was given Marvelon treatment, and the curative effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of Cortex Phellodendri spp. Was 90%, significantly higher than that of Marvelon 80% (P <0.05), and significantly lower than that of Marvelon in side effects. Conclusion Cough Baishasan treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding clinical significant effect, less adverse reactions, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
