目的探讨改良式Herbst矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩伴上牙弓狭窄患者的临床疗效。方法2004—2009年在南昌大学口腔医院正畸科采用改良式Herbst矫治器治疗11例安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩伴上牙弓狭窄患者,通过矫治前后头影片的测量对比,分析该矫治器的疗效。结果经改良式Herbst矫治器治疗6～8个月后,11例患者的下颌均明显前移,上下牙弓协调,下颌后缩面型显著改善。结论改良式Herbst矫治器能有效地矫治安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩伴上牙弓狭窄的患者。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Herbst appliance in the treatment of Class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion with upper arch stenosis. Methods From 2004 to 2009, 11 cases of Class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion with maxillary arch stenosis were treated with modified Herbst appliance in Department of Orthodontics, Stomatology Hospital of Nanchang University. Through the comparison of the head films before and after correction, Efficacy. Results After 6 to 8 months of treatment with modified Herbst appliance, the mandibles of 11 patients were significantly advanced, the coordination of the upper and lower dental arch, and the improvement of mandibular retrusion. Conclusion The modified Herbst appliance can effectively treat patients with Class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion with stenosis of upper arch.
