Currently, hematopoietic stem cell populations have been determined for CFU-C, erythrocyte colony forming units (CFU-E) and erythroid committed stem cells (ERC). One of the most clinically used hematopoietic stem cells is CFU-C. Because CFU-C is a precursor of granulocytic cells (ProgenitorCell), CFU-C culture provides a new weapon for blood disease research. CFU-C technology is mostly used for myeloid leukemia, fine
