分析了互联电网的特点和问题后 ,指出统一调度与互联电网中的利益主体之间存在矛盾特性 ,以及统一调度是互联电网最大效益实现的基础。为促使互联电网最大效益的实现 ,建立了互联电网的合作对策模型 ,并采用 Shapley值分配各联网成员间的效益。互联电网中各区域网间的理性交换电能量由统一调度确定 ,效益分配和交易电价由 Shapley值确定。算例计算结果表明采用这种对策模型和效益分配方法 ,能促使各区域网在电力交易中充分合作 ,从而实现整个网络优化运行
After analyzing the characteristics and problems of the interconnected power grid, it is pointed out that there are contradictory characteristics between the unified dispatch and the interest entities in the interconnected power grid, and unified scheduling is the basis for achieving the maximum benefits of the interconnected power grid. In order to promote the realization of the maximum benefit of the interconnected power grid, a cooperative game model of the interconnected power grid was established, and Shapley values were used to distribute the benefits among the various networked members. The rational exchange energy between the regional networks in the interconnected power grid is determined by the unified scheduling, and the benefit distribution and transaction price are determined by the Shapley value. The calculation results of calculation examples show that adopting such a countermeasure model and benefit distribution method can prompt each regional network to fully cooperate in power trading, thereby realizing the optimization of the entire network.
