重型击实是传统的级配碎石设计方法,该成型方法的主要缺点在于集料的分布以及方向性与现场施工情况并不相同,使得碎石级配密度小、衰减大、强度低。本文研究了重型击实与振动击实对不同级配的级配碎石的CBR值,系统的总结了级配碎石的级配设计方法,包括连续级配,间断级配,折断级配,为级配设计提供合理的设计参数。振动击实与重型击实相比,振动击实级配衰减小、密度提高6%~10%,CBR值提高了一倍左右。
Heavy compaction is a traditional graded gravel design method. The main disadvantage of this forming method is that the distribution and orientation of the aggregate are not the same as the on-site construction, which makes gravel gradation with small density, large attenuation and low strength. In this paper, the CBR values of graded broken gravel with different compaction and vibration compaction were studied. The grading design method of graded gravel was summarized systematically, including continuous grading, discontinuous grading, breaking grading, Grading design to provide reasonable design parameters. Vibration Compaction Compared with the heavy compaction, the vibration compaction level decay is small, the density increased by 6% ~ 10%, CBR value has been doubled.
