本实验观察了丙烯酸甲酯动式吸入染毒时对大鼠的胚胎毒性。实验分四组:①高浓度组(0.7970g/m~3),②低浓度组(0.0919g/m~3),③阳性对照组(灌胃法投予1mg/kg剂量敌括双),④阴性对照组(灌胃法投予豆油)。结果表明,吸入丙烯酸甲酯影响妊鼠的体重增长,影响胚胎发育,如活胎率低,吸收胎率高,与阴性对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。也影响胎鼠发育,如高浓度组胎鼠尾长和体重低于阴性对照组,而且差异非常显著(P<0.01)。外观、骨骼和内脏未见畸形。
This experiment observed the methyl acrylate dynamic inhalation exposure to embryotoxicity in rats. The experiment was divided into four groups: ① high concentration group (0.7970g / m ~ 3), ②low concentration group (0.0919g / m ~ 3), ③positive control group (intragastric administration of 1mg / ④ negative control group (intragastric administration of soybean oil). The results showed that inhalation of methyl acrylate affected the weight gain of pregnant rats and affected embryo development, such as low rate of live births and high rate of absorbed fetuses, which was significantly different from that of negative control (P <0.01). Also affect the development of fetal rats, such as high-concentration group of fetal tail length and weight lower than the negative control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.01). Appearance, bones and internal organs no abnormalities.
