用国产吉粒芬（Ｊｉｌｉｆｅｎ）治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后中性粒细胞减少１４例，其中多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ）６例，急性白血病（ＡＬ）３例，非何杰金氏淋巴瘤２例，重型再障Ⅱ型１例，消化道肿瘤２例。经观察吉粒芬有促进粒系祖细胞增殖、分化、释放等作用。建议对恶性肿瘤为了完成规律化疗吉粒芬应用宜早，在化疗结束后２４ｈ或白细胞下降至２．０×１０９／Ｌ时立即应用。推荐最小有效剂量为７５～１５０μｇ／ｄ，使用时间应为幼稚细胞到成熟转变时间即６～７ｄ最佳。
There were 14 cases of neutropenia after chemotherapy treated with domestic Jilifen, including 6 cases of multiple myeloma (MM), 3 cases of acute leukemia (AL), and 2 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Severe Aplastic Anomaly II was found in 1 patient and digestive tract tumor in 2 patients. It has been observed that Ji-Jie-fen has the effect of promoting the proliferation, differentiation, and release of progenitor cells of granulocytes. It is advisable to apply it to malignant tumors in order to complete the regular chemotherapy of gefitinibine, and apply it immediately after the end of chemotherapy 24h or when the leukocyte drops to 2.0×109/L. Recommended minimum effective dose of 75 ~ 150μg / d, the use of time should be the naive cell to mature transition time that is the best 6 ~ 7d.
