不射精是男性功能障碍的临床表现之一,多因不育而就诊。作者于1986年3月接诊,例慢性附睾炎合并性交不射精症,行骶前药物封闭,旨在治疗附睾炎,术后患者自述性交能射精而受到启发,自此,接诊性交不射精症38例,(全部为功能性不射精症,未见器质障碍。)有7例经性生活指导而愈,其余31例采用骶前药物封闭疗法,治疗效果满意,现报告如下:一、临床资料本组病人31例,年龄22～35岁,平均27.1岁。职业以农民居多共17人,工人9人、干部5人。性发育均正常,阴茎长5～9.5cm,平均6.75cm,直经2～3.2cm,平均24cm。62只睾丸,体积12～27ml,平均15.3ml。附睾,输精管均未发现异常。前列腺肿
