脑卒中是全球性的神经系统常见病,其中67%～80%为急性缺血性脑血管病(acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease AICVD)[1]。AICVD患者的康复情况与脑组织的存活程度密切相关,因此早期发现病变和准确评价成为临床防治的重点,CT灌注成像可以早期发现病变,有助于改善患者的预后。笔者就多层螺旋CT(multi slice CT、MSCT)灌注成像在急性脑梗死的应用新进展作一综述。 Stroke is a common disease of the global nervous system, 67% -80% of which is acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease (AICVD) [1]. The recovery of AICVD patients is closely related to the survival of brain tissue. Therefore, early detection of lesions and accurate evaluation become the focus of clinical prevention and treatment. CT perfusion imaging can detect the lesions early and help to improve the prognosis of patients. The author reviewed the new progress of multi-slice CT perfusion imaging in acute cerebral infarction.
