《長沙馬王堆漢墓簡帛集成》(下文簡稱《集成》),在吸收近四十年學術界已有研究成果的基礎上,全面整理並且完整公布了20世紀70年代馬王堆漢墓出土的全部簡帛資料。(1)本文主要根據《集成》新發表的彩色圖版,討論馬王堆古醫書中幾處殘損字形的釋讀,不確之處,敬請方家指正。本文所引字形,在使用《集成》圖版時簡稱爲“新圖版”。個别地方酌情引用《馬王堆漢墓帛書[肆]》中的圖版,(2)簡稱爲“原圖版”。在選取與殘損字形對照的字形時,本文儘量首選與所要討論的字形在同一篇帛書中的字形(這主要是考慮到同一書手具有比較固定的書寫特點),在這種情況下,僅注明此形所在的行號。
