目的观察种植在聚乳酸材料上的皮肤成纤维细胞的生物学特性,为其在人工真皮中的应用打好基础.方法将体外培养的人皮肤成纤维细胞接种到聚乳酸膜上,观察细胞在膜上的粘附、增殖,形态结构.结果接种后的皮肤成纤维细胞在聚乳酸膜上有较高的粘附率,并且增殖良好.HE染色明显可见细胞在膜上所形成的复层化结构.结论聚乳酸可以支持皮肤成纤维细胞的正常生长,在皮肤组织工程中有一定的应用价值.
