小水电作为一种清洁能源,具有启动速度快、运行费用低、替代效益强、资源利用率高等多方面优势。以地方小水电为例,对比其运行特点,分析了发电集群在强并网、弱并网、非并网三种接入模式下对电网的影响;同时从兼顾电网安全性与经济性的角度出发,以系统安全稳定运行条件为约束,提出了将清洁能源发电集群直接应用于高能耗用户的方式,并通过对接入模式的调整,研究探索了各个主体之间的电力市场交易机制,以达到在节能减排的基础上保障供电可靠性与优化电力交易的社会综合效益。
As a kind of clean energy, SHP has many advantages such as quick start-up speed, low running cost, strong substitution effect and high resource utilization rate. Taking local small hydropower as an example, comparing the operation characteristics of power grids, this paper analyzes the influence of power generation clusters on power grid under three kinds of access modes: strong grid connection, weak grid connection and non-grid connection.
