目的比较浙江省妇女干部与女大学生、女高职生信任他人和容纳他人的水平。方法使用信任量表(Trust Scale)和容纳他人量表(Acceptance of others)对浙江省妇女干部、女大学生、女高职生430人进行调查。结果1信任他人得分妇女干部最高,女高职生最低;2两两比较发现,妇女干部与女高职生的信任总分差异极其显著,女大学生与女高职生差异显著。其中妇女干部与女大学生在依靠性(D)因子上,差异极其显著,妇女干部与女高职生在可预测性(P)、依靠性(D)和信赖(F)3个因子上差异均极其显著,女大学生与女高职生在可预测性(P)因子得分上,差异极其显著;3容纳他人总分妇女干部最高,女高职生最低;4两两比较发现妇女干部与女大学生、女高职生之间差异均极其显著。结论信任、容纳他人水平由高到低依次是妇女干部、女大学生、女高职生。
